The second production auction of Wouter du Plooy’s Winbold SAVM stud was held on 8 October this year on the farm Boldwin in the Bultfontein district.
The most expensive ram of the day, 2096 WD, was sold for R12 000 to Ilze Oberholtzer from Theunissen.
A total of 13 rams were sold for an average price of R8 692 and eight stud rams for an average price of R3 344.
BKB Kroonstad hosted the auction and Jan Mostert was the auctioneer.
